Thank God for the cooler climate these past five days.  After two,  long ,hot summer months, we finally experienced the cooling and refreshing effects of the rainy season. This means rice planting and the cultivation of crops which requires lots of water will begin this month, more flowers will bloom, cooler weather and we are anticipating  flooding in many parts of Thailand.  We look forward to wet and cooler months ahead and wish this lasts throughout the year.
